HOW TO SOAK: Gently mix with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase up to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If using a full size bathtub, use about 1/2 cup to 1 full cup. Enjoy the benefits of soothing epsom salt and therapeutic essential oils. Always use plenty of water and start with a small amount before increasing.
