As always, we don't use artificial fragrances or harmful ingredients. We use only premium epsom salt and 100% pure essential oils. Our bath soaks are great for your mind and body, great as gifts as well.
HOW TO SOAK: Gently mix with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase up to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If using in a full-size bathtub, use about 1/2 cup to 1 full cup. Enjoy the benefits of soothing epsom salt and therapeutic essential oils. Always use plenty of water and start with a small amount of salts before increasing.
