This Epsom salt sitz soak is safe to use in virtually any type of tub — whether a traditional bathtub or an adapter-type sitz tub. Use 1-2 times daily to help relieve discomfort naturally.

If you don’t have a medical sitz bath, it’s still OK to use the “Sitz Bath Salt”. You can also just dissolve it in your standard bathtub and get soaking!

This natural “Sitz Bath Soak” includes 4 essential oils: Geranium Essential Oil, Juniper Essential Oil, Niaouli Essential Oil, and Frankincense Essential Oil.

How To Create A Sitz Soak Using A "Sitz Bath" Adapter

If you're using an over-the-toilet Sitz Bath adapter, start with a small amount of our Sitz Soak epsom salt blend — about 1 tablespoon per gallon of comfortably warm water. Allow the sitz soak mixture to dissolve completely and enjoy the aromatherapy of the essential oils. Soak for 10 to 15 minutes depending on your personal preference. Increase or decrease the water as needed to suit your personal preference. Repeat daily as needed.

HOW TO SOAK: Gently mix with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase up to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If using a full size bathtub, use about 1/2 cup to 1 full cup. Enjoy the benefits of soothing epsom salt and therapeutic essential oils. Always use plenty of water and start with a small amount before increasing.
