To use your over-the-toilet sitz, simply expand it and place over your toilet seat. Then, gently fill it with warm water that is comfortable to your touch. Gently mix in your salts. If using in a sitz bath, start with 1 tablespoon per gallon of water and gradually increase up to 2 tablespoons per gallon of water. If using in a full size bathtub, use about 1/2 cup to 1 full cup. Enjoy the benefits of soothing Epsom Salt and therapeutic essential oils. Always use plenty of water and start with a small amount before increasing. Remember to clean your over-the-toilet sitz tub after use. It comes with a drawstring bag so you can keep it dry and clean when not in use.
