In truth, there are several ways to accomplish this from lighting an essential oil infused candle to putting a few drops into a humidifier. However, one of the best ways to get the most out of these essential oils is to mix them directly into your bath water. You will only need two to three drops of one or a mix of essential oils into your bath water. Once you have made sure the oils have mixed into the bath water, you can just hop in and soak up the benefits.
